Before you begin.
Do I need a paid Notion account?
No. A free Notion account can be used unless your own workspace requirements exceed Notion’s free-plan limits.
Is this a meal planner?
It includes a meal planning Notion template, but it is designed as a broader operating workspace for personal chefs. It connects clients, recipes, services, proposals, shopping, costs and follow-up.
Does it automatically generate a shopping list from my recipes?
No. Recipe ingredients provide a reusable reference, but shopping items must be reviewed for each dated service. This allows the chef to account for portions, substitutions and stock already available.
Can it send proposals to clients automatically?
No. Personal Chef OS prepares the clean proposal page. The chef exports the PDF and sends it through the preferred client channel.
Can I customize the workspace?
Yes. After duplicating it into your Notion account, you may customize it for your own business. Customization support is not included.
Can my team use one purchase?
The launch license is for one purchaser operating their own business. A team license is not currently included.
Is it easy to use on a phone?
The workspace can be viewed and updated on mobile, but initial setup and detailed service planning are best completed on desktop, laptop or landscape tablet.
What support is included?
Support is available for access and duplication problems. General Notion training, business consulting and custom workspace changes are outside the included support.
Will I receive updates?
You will receive corrections and incremental improvements released within Version 1. Future major versions may be offered separately.
Is this a physical product?
No. It is a digital Notion workspace and guide. Nothing will be shipped.
